USER AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES AND SUBJECT
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Jus Legal B.V. (Rotterdam, Netherlands) ("LETFiX", "Company", "we", "us") and the natural or legal person using the LETFiX platform ("User", "you").
This Agreement regulates the terms of use of all services provided by Jus Legal B.V. By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted this Agreement.
2. DEFINITIONS
- Platform: Website, mobile application and all digital services operated by LETFiX
- Services: All legal consultancy, case tracking and related services offered through the Platform
- Lawyer: Lawyers registered with the bar association providing services on the Platform
- Client: Users receiving legal services through the Platform
- Content: All texts, visuals, videos and other materials on the Platform
- Personal Data: All information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
3.1. Services Provided
The LETFiX Platform offers the following services:
- Legal consultancy services
- Case and execution tracking systems
- Document management and storage services
- Lawyer-client communication platform
- Online payment and invoicing systems
- Calendar and reminder services
3.2. Service Packages
Different service packages are offered through the Platform. The scope, duration and fee of each package are specified in the package details. By purchasing a package, the client is deemed to have accepted the terms of that package.
3.3. Service Limitations
Our platform provides limited or no services in the following areas:
- Emergency legal situations (emergency arrests, detentions, etc.)
- Serious criminal law offenses
- Terrorism and organized crime
- Legal systems outside the Netherlands and Turkey
4. USER ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
4.1. Account Creation
Creating an account is mandatory to use the Platform. When creating an account:
- Accurate and current information must be provided
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Real identity information must be used
- One person can only create one account
4.2. Account Security
The user is responsible for account security and undertakes to:
- Keep password confidential and not share with anyone
- Report suspicious activities immediately
- Avoid unauthorized use of the account
- Log out on devices where logged out
4.3. Account Suspension and Cancellation
LETFiX may suspend or cancel the account in case of violations of the Agreement, illegal activities or misuse of the platform.
5. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
5.1. Pricing
Service fees are determined on a package basis and are clearly displayed on the platform. All fees are stated in Euro (EUR) and include VAT (BTW).
5.2. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted through the Platform:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- iDEAL (Netherlands)
- Bank transfer (SEPA)
- PayPal
- Other digital payment methods
5.3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchased packages. However, if the service has started to be used, no refund will be made for the used portion.
Refund requests should be made to info@letfix.app. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1. Platform Content
All content, design, software, logos, trademarks and other intellectual property rights on the Platform belong to Jus Legal B.V. and are protected by international laws.
6.2. Usage Restrictions
Users may not:
- Copy, reproduce or distribute Platform content
- Reverse engineer the source code
- Integrate or use the Platform without permission
- Use the LETFiX brand without authorization
6.3. User Content
Documents and content uploaded to the platform by users remain the property of the user. However, Jus Legal B.V. has the right to use, process and store this content for service provision.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Jus Legal B.V. is the data controller under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and Dutch data protection legislation. Your personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of providing services.

7.1. Data Subject Rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights as a data subject:
- To know whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information about processing if applicable
- To know the purpose of data processing and whether it is used appropriately
- To know the third parties to whom data is transferred
- To request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data
- To request deletion or destruction of data (right to be forgotten)
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to automated decision-making processes
8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROFESSIONAL SECRECY
All legal services provided through the Platform are covered by attorney-client privilege. Jus Legal B.V. and the lawyers on the platform are obliged to protect client confidentiality.
All communications and shared documents between client and lawyer are confidential. This information will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1. Platform Use
Jus Legal B.V. strives for uninterrupted and error-free operation of the platform, but does not accept liability in case of service interruption due to technical problems, maintenance work or force majeure.
9.2. Legal Services
Lawyers on the platform work independently and professional responsibility is theirs. Jus Legal B.V. does not accept direct liability for services provided by lawyers and legal consequences.
9.3. Third Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third party websites. Jus Legal B.V. is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.
9.4. Limitation of Damages
The liability of Jus Legal B.V., under Dutch law, is in any case limited to the total service fee paid by the user in the last 12 months.
10. USER OBLIGATIONS
The user undertakes not to do the following while using the platform:
- Share illegal content
- Provide misleading, false or incomplete information
- Misuse or harm the Platform
- Gain unauthorized access to others' accounts
- Send spam, viruses or malicious software
- Harass or threaten other users
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, power outages, internet outages, government decisions and similar events beyond control are considered force majeure.
In case of force majeure, if Jus Legal B.V. cannot fulfill its obligations, it does not accept liability. The agreement is suspended for the duration of force majeure.
12. AMENDMENT OF THE AGREEMENT
Jus Legal B.V. reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the platform.
Significant changes will be notified to users by email. Continuing to use the platform after the change means you accept the new terms.
If you do not accept the changes, you can close your account and stop using the service.
13. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
13.1. Termination by User
The user can terminate the agreement by closing their account from account settings. Fees paid will be refunded for unused services.
13.2. Termination by Jus Legal B.V
Jus Legal B.V. may terminate the agreement in the following cases:
- Violation of contract terms
- Illegal activities
- Threatening platform security
- Failure to meet payment obligations
13.3. Post-Termination
After the termination of the agreement, account and data will be deleted within 30 days. However, documents subject to legal retention obligations may be kept longer.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In disputes arising from this Agreement, amicable solutions between the parties will be tried first. If no solution is reached, the Courts and Execution Offices of Rotterdam (Netherlands) are authorized.
For consumer transactions, Dutch Consumer Legislation and competent courts are the basis.
15. APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and shall be interpreted in accordance with Dutch Law.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain valid. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision closest to its purpose.
17. NOTIFICATIONS
All notifications under this Agreement will be made to the email address provided by the user during registration or through the platform.
The user is obliged to keep email and contact information up to date. Notifications that cannot be reached due to outdated information are considered as delivered.

19. EFFECTIVENESS
This User Agreement comes into effect on the date the user starts using the platform and remains valid until the account is closed.
20. ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION
By using the platform, you declare and undertake that you have read, understood and accepted all provisions of this User Agreement.
